Nestled in the green hills of Combrailles, nearby picturesque St. Gervais d'Auvergne, lies this tastefully refurbished fermette. It's a place nature lovers and hikers will enjoy thoroughly: lakes, woodlands, hills and stunning panoramas are all within easy distance. Sun-worshippers can catch every ray from early morning to nightfall on the terrace that surrounds much of the house. If needed, trees on the grounds offer shade. The sunsets are truly magnificent.

The fermette has been furnished with care in French rural style. You will feel at home soon! The attractive kitchen-cum-livingroom is spacious and fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. A wide selection of beautiful crockery and kitchen tools are also part of the inventory and invite you to prepare and serve your favourite meals. There is a cosy wood-burning stove in the kitchen, although the entire fermette has also been fitted with electric heating.

The drawing room is snug and has sufficient seats for all. The scullery with both a washer and a dryer is also on the ground floor, and gives access to the stylish bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

On the first floor is the roomy master bedroom with a double bed. The two smaller bedrooms on the second floor easily accommodate the two single beds each room has been furnished with.

The rural Auvergne offers many possibilities for outings: from hiking and cycling trips to the more adventurous mountain biking, horseback riding or canoeing. In less than 25 minutes you can get to a beautiful reservoir with beaches and several aquatic sports facilities.

The rental price includes 8 kWh energy use a day. There is an obligatory 37,-- € fee for final cleaning. Pets are not allowed.
