Holiday bungalow "Meunier aux Arses " at Biollet

a beautiful and spacious villa

Just to be lazy or have a nice easy going time in our spacious and luxorious bungalow! Sitting in sun or shadow with refreshments within reach and a splendid view on woods, hills and the summits of the Massif-Cental,  Pûy de Dôme and Pûy de Sancy. It’s quiet, you just hear the birds and the cows. Your children have a free play on the big lawns around the house.

The bungalow is situated near Biollet at 706 m above sealevel in the tiangle of Pionsat, Auzances and Saint-Gervais-d'Auvergne, with a free view on the Puy-de-Dôme and in the distance the Puy-de-Sancy.

Our house is comfortably decorated; there is lovely, lazy going furniture to sit or lie on, inside and also outside the house.
There is a bookcase – a real library- with mostly thrillers in english, books on cooking, gardening and travel, just for your reading, but not for taking with you….

Our house is a real family home, most domestic things you need are there. Many toys of our grandchildren are in the garage, little bicycles and go-carts.  They don’t mind that your children use them.

The bungalow has been build in 1996 for permanent living by a disabled person. The adaptations are as simple as possible, everything is spacious, house and garden are accessible
 in a wheelchair, no thresholds or small doors and spacious bathrooms.

Layout of the house:
Total surface 250 m2: living 76 m2, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage on a terrain of 3000 m2.

Equipment:
Adapted for disabled persons: washbasins and sink have free legroom, grab bars at toilets and shower. No special adaption on the bath tubs.

Garden:
Just one big lawn with two ponds enclosed by walls and hedges. A roofed but open fireplace gives the opportunity of a fire on the cooler evenings!

Garden furniture:
Table and chairs, lounge chairs and airmatrasses. You can cook outside with the rather big barbeque on gaz.

Accomodation has space for:
2 x 2 persons
1 x 3 persons
1 bed for small child
In hall ( then you have your entrance on the other side)
1 x 2 persons

  dishwasher,  magnetron, friteuse, bread machine
- fireroom with freezer
- bedroom 3 (2 pers)
- bathroom 2  with bath, toilet, washbasin

You can enjoy all types of rustic farms and barns in the environment of our bungalow, but your home base is a modern house with all commodities like WIFI-internet, satelite-tv, equipped kitchen and also a totally automatic boiler for heating and hot water.

.What to do:
There are many places to go: Auzances, Aubuisson, Chatengûyon, Neris-les-Bains or somewhat further Le Mont Dore. Also in summer there are markets and vide-greniers, festivals in the surrounding villages.
The musts are the Pûy de Dôme, Vulcania and rafting on the Sioule, but do not forget Vichy for luxurious shopping.
In winter skiing at la Bourboule is just an hour’s drive.
And: internet is your best and most actual guide, so bring your laptop!

And:
No pets alowed.
No smoking inside the house.
The rent is inclusive electricity, gaz, heating and water (warm and cold).
The cleaning (obligatory) of the house afterwards is € 55.
