Holiday rental in a rural village with direct access to 1500 sq.m walled garden with a relaxing pool area

Montaiguet en Forez is a small village (300 residents) in the Madelaine  Mountains  on 410m height with 300 inhabitants, a famous old castle from 1200 century and a an old portal to the village and a church from 1500 century. It is situated very near the border to Burgundy. In the village is a small shop with
fresh bread and the most necessary.
Nearest  city with 2 supermarkets is Lapalisse 13,4 km.
Vichy lovely spa city is 32,7 km
The town house is in the middle of the village and has a stunning vieuw from the terrace in the garden where also the main house is situated. No one is in the main house when the apartment is rented. Car park within the wall.

Living room has access to the street.

Simple kitchen includes 2 hotplates a small oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a water boiler. Kitchen has direct access to the garden with a barbecue.

Second floor bedroom has a double bed and a high quality extra bed.

Bathroom has shower.

Main furnished terrace above the pool area and second terrace outside the main house. Deck chairs by the pool.

The pool is 4x8 meters and 1.40 to 1.80meter deep.

Maximum 3 persons.

The appartment has central heating, electricity and heating is in the price.

Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Linen for bed, bath and kitchen is not available in the house.

There is an € 30,-  fee for final cleaning.
